Terms of Service

Nandix (nandiscan.com) is operated by ShunyaX Labs (Udyam Registration UDYAM-MH-18-0546132), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using Nandix, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may only submit a target for scanning if you own it or have explicit written authorization from its owner to test it. Before each scan you must affirm this authorization. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scan any endpoint you submit. Unauthorized scanning may violate applicable computer-misuse laws.

Nandix sends HTTP and TLS requests to user-specified targets and analyzes the responses to report potential security misconfigurations. Nandix does not exploit vulnerabilities, extract data, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Findings are informational and may include false positives or false negatives; they are not a substitute for a professional security audit.

Use of Nandix is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized scanning, abuse of the service, and any attempt to disrupt or circumvent its protections.

Nandix is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShunyaX Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Nandix — including any consequences of scans you initiate against any target.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShunyaX Labs, its officers, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Nandix, your scans, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law — including any scan conducted without proper authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to Nandix shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Nandix after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
